Mental Health First Aid | Awareness Workshop Course Duration: 2 Hours
Participants: 8 – 16 (minimum of 8)

To determine what we mean by Mental Health and Mental Wellbeing To explore the facts on mental health and identify the myths and stigma attached to mental health To identify early indicators of poor mental health To look at the impact of stress Consider how to respond to someone who is suffering poor mental health Identify ways to develop well-being and living healthier lifestyles 24-Hour Mental Health Helpline Latus Health can provide access to a 24-hour, 7 day helpline for those individuals who require immediate mental health support. This is a confidential service, where the individual is able to freely discuss their concerns and problems at a time when they need it most.
